This Remote Control Circuit is made up of a simple CD4017 Counter IC with no microcontroller and no coding. This remote control Circuit can operate with any remote. With this circuit, you can control the AC / DC Bulb and all kinds of electrical devices

Simple 220v AC Remote Circuit Working Principle :

An IR receiver is connected to the remote control circuit. which receives the signal, received by pressing the button on the remote, and sends it as a High and low signal to pin 14 of the CD4017 IC. The output of the CD4017 IC corresponding to this signal goes through the transistor and turns the relay ON / OFF.

How To Make :

First I designed the Remote Control Circuit on the Easy Eda website and created the Gerber file. I uploaded this Gerber file on the JLCPCB website and ordered 10 PCB which costs 2 dollars. PCB was delivered in 1 week. I bought the required components in the Local Shop and then I put all the components in the PCB and then soldered using the soldering iron and then cut the Excess Terminal and cleaned the PCB.

Then I gave the operating voltage (5 v) of this circuit and then I connected the neutral line of 220 V Ac line directly to the bulb, connected the phase wire to one terminal of the 2 pin screw terminal, and connected another wire of the bulb at its other terminal. 220V Ac is very dangerous. Try only Experts.
