This post explains how to control the speed of a 775 DC Motor using the 555 Timer IC. This circuit is high power and can be used to easily adjust the speed of the motor.

  • 470uf Capacitor – 1
  • 1n4148 Diode – 3
  • 1k Resistor – 3
  • 10k Resistor – 1
  • 103 Capacitor – 1
  • 104 Capacitor – 1
  • 473 Capacitor – 2
  • 10k Potentiometer – 1
  • Blue LED – 1
  • 2pin Screw Terminal – 2

Tools Needed :

  • Soldering Iron
  • Soldering Iron Stand
  • PCB Holding Stand
  • Cutter

How To Make :

I designed the 775 Motor Speed PWM Controller Circuit on the Easy Eda website and created the Gerber file. I uploaded this Gerber file on the JLCPCB website and ordered 10 PCB which costs 2 dollars. PCB was delivered in 9 days. I bought the required components in the Local Shop and then I put all the components in the PCB and then soldered using the soldering iron and then cut the Excess Terminal and cleaned the PCB.
