12v To 220v Inverter Circuit Using Astable Multivibrator, Small Size Inverter Using For Simple Home Ups.

12v To 220v Inverter Working :

The 12V To 220V Inverter Circuit inverts the 12v DC Supply from the Battery and converts it to a 220v Ac Supply via a Step-up Transformer. The 4047 IC in this inverter circuit is the Astable multiVibrator. It converts the DC supply from the battery to AC Volt via Mosfet. This Acvolt is converted to 220v Ac by the step-up transformer.

You can connect 100w Load to this Inverter and reduce the heat by increasing the Mosfet used in it.

  • 4047 IC – 1
  • P55NF06 Mosfet – 2
  • 2k2 Resistor – 2
  • 1N4007 Diode – 3
  • 100nf Capacitor – 2
  • 220 ohms Resistor – 1
  • 1N5408 Diode – 2
  • 39k Resistor – 1
  • 10k Potentiometer -1
  • 14 pin IC Base – 1
  • Heat sink Plate – 2

How To Make :

I designed the Chaser Circuit on the Easy Eda website and created the Gerber file. I uploaded this Gerber file on the JLCPCB website and ordered 10 PCB which costs 2 dollars. PCB was delivered in 8 days. I bought the required components in the Electronic Shop and then I put all the components in the PCB and then soldered using the soldering iron and then cut the Excess Terminal and cleaned the PCB.

Two Mos fets must be fitted with a heat sink. The transformer used is a 12v 7amps Transistormer. The primary side is 12v and the secondary side is 220v. Its output power is 100w
